Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual wellness discipline that originated more than 5,000 years ago in northern India. The practice of yoga works to integrate the body, the mind and the spirit, giving us greater physical mobility, emotional awareness and a sense of calmness and peace. Yoga is a therapeutic practice that’s offers us acceptance and healing. Most practitioners will explain that their practice helped them through challenges, assisted them with clear decision making and has transformed their perspectives leading to a healthier lifestyle. The practice helps us to remove obstacles, such as layers of experiences, emotions and thoughts that prevent us from connecting with our own unique and true self.
Each one of us began our yoga practice for different reasons, whether was to sculpt the body, find relief from stress or cope with anxiety. We want you to feel comfortable in this space to enhance your exploration.
